Dionysios Garmpis

He lives and works as a dentist in Argostoli. He has recently (2024) completed the postgraduate study program of "Public History" at the Hellenic Open University and his diploma thesis, entitled " Collective memory and fragmentary remembrance in the monuments of the 1940s in Kefalonia-Greece " is posted in the Repository of the HOU. As a Member of the Board of Directors (treasurer for many years) of the Society of Kefalonian Historical Research, he participates in organizing committees of conferences organized by this Society. He has participated in scientific conferences of historical-literary content and has published articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings. He is actively involved in dental trade unionism and is a member of the Group of Dentists Writers-Artists.
